What is your return policy?

All sales on our merchandise are final. Marra's Bridal Boutique does not offer any cash back. No exceptions.

Please note, all merchandise must be paid for in full at time of purchase.

Can I place a gown on hold?

Marra's Bridal Boutique will hold a gown for a period of one calendar week (seven days) with a $150 non-refundable deposit.

Please note, this is a deposit for holding the gown and is not considered store credit. the $150 deposit will go towards the purchase price of the gown if the gown is purchased within the seven day hold period. After the seven days the $150 deposit will be forfeited.

I have won a raffle/giveaway. Can I trade it in for cash?

No, all raffles and giveaways are final and may not be traded-in for cash.

Can I exchange my raffle/giveaway for other items?

No, all raffles and giveaways are final and may not be exchanged for other items.

Can I get my gowned tailored at Marra's Bridal?

Unfortunately, Marra's Bridal Boutique can not tailor your gown, but recommends a third party, expert wedding gown tailor.

Please note, if you choose to use a third party tailor, Marra's Bridal Boutique is in no way liable for any damages to any item we sell once it leaves our shop. All grievances must be taken up with the third party directly. Customers are in no way obligated to use our recommended tailor, and are free to use a tailor of their choice.
